Japanese Carpenters House
I’ve decided to live and work in the U.S. for the first time, which state should I choose to live in?

Considering that I am a U.S. citizen, though never been in the U.S. ever, which state should I consider moving into? I have work experiences in carpet laying, housing agent/realtor, carpenter, plumbing, electrician, cook helper, Project manager & coordinator. I can also speak Tagalog(Philippine language), Japanese, and of course English.

I would concentrate on the language, speaking Japanese ( and the others) is pretty impressive…. and the Project Management skills. combined you should be able to land a pretty good paying job. Location is important in order to take advantage of them though. I would have to say the bigger cities are your best bet..NYC, L.A., and Chicago.
Visit www.careerbuilder.com to look and see who has the most opportunities (and what the requirements are for those positions) that will fit your experience. Also, I highly recommend you get a hold of a recruiter in those cities (visit Yahoo local yellow pages) because you have unique qualities that as a professional they will be able to help you with.
All the luck in the world to you!!
