Key Dual Function
Cpu usage high, new computer why?Opening I.E, jumps to 56%.?
-Hp Pavilion. 1.88 GB RAM
-AMD athalon 64 X2 Dual Core Proccesor 5200+ 2.60GHZ
-The cpu fan was’nt working when I got this, so comp turned off the 1st two times I turned it on. Got it fixed.
-Cpu Usage jumps to 56% when I just open I.E. Seems like it jumps high a lot of times.
–Was my processor damaged, the 2X it was turned on before, with the malfunctioing fan?
–Should I get more memory?
-No other progs run, except Norton (kindof) came with the comp but I don’t have a reg key so I don’t think all of it functions.
–The fan makes a louder than it’s normal operating noise every once in a while. And all I’ve done is browse the internet.
–AND when I got it the cpu fan was clanging around loose in the comp case. Would this have damaged the comp, and cpu, when it turned on/off with no fan.

Sounds like you have Windows Vista for the operating system. My CPU does the same thing on Vista, but the same CPU doesn’t on XP. Windows Vista is good looking, but hogs up the memory and the processor.

What the key cutting machine does is it traces the shape of the original key. These machines can sometimes work with the aid of a computer system, or there are some versions that make duplicates simply through comparison when it is held against the original key. When the original key and the black key are put together, the high speed carving blade of the machine cuts through the blank uncarved key and follows the shape of the original key.
